BABL Play-off schedule

Here's the BABL play-offs schedule for August 12th.

18:00GMT (2pm EST) Everglaze vs Wookiees
19:00GMT (3pm EST) EZs vs Crusaders

I take it this means there won't be a Dodgeball play off as people requested weeks ago?...

Reminder: BABL play-offs & finals will be played with 5 round format. In other words, best of 5 rounds, so once a squad reaches 3 round victories, the game is over.

The top squads in rankings will pick on which freq they start. (Everglaze and Crusaders)

You can't really call it a reminder when you tell us something new.

In the future don't just pick some map at random and call it the best.... At least have a vote or ask someone.. Or listen to people...

I don't understand why we have the play-offs first round on undoubtedly the worst of all the maps we've played so far...

At least in TCL we "voted"

Some people seem to like the map. On Wednesday we played on it for hours, which may be why staff thought it was a good one. I'd say it's one of the better one's actually. I don't see how it's worse than that cramped burst-fest map we played on.

I miss yet to see something say something positive about it aside from you.

Luckily finals will be played on another map, but still..

I don't see why there wasn't a vote.

And people will play on whatever map is up in bab since that is where the bot is.

It's funny how I earlier thought this map might be a bit fun but when I played on it I realised it's horrible.
The reason is that getting the flag is so random and easy.
Still beats the burst fest we had one weekend by a mile.

Feel free to design maps to us in the future or for the next leagues, lets see if we can find a work of genious, so far every map has had it's problems it seems.

PS. The schedule for the finals coming later today (hopefully), just waiting for EG's suggestion/comments for a timeslot.
