Didn't have those problems on my Macbook. I'd suggest maybe running Windows through Bootcamp on your Mac. Saves you the trouble of getting a new laptop. Bootcamp Assistant in the applications -> utilities folder is all you need. (Plus a copy of Windows 7)

Well, there can be some companies (like small family based companies in Finland) which don't have the "resource" to do that, meaning that they don't do that for which ever reason there might be.
